Nancy Wynner is a partner in the law firm of DeMars, Gordon, Olson, Zalewski, & Wynner and graduated from the University Of Nebraska College Of Law in May 1990 and was admitted to practice in Nebraska in September 1990. Nancy began her career as a Deputy Lancaster County Attorney. Nancy joined the firm on May 1, 2001.
Nancy has a varied practice area. She has extensive trial experience. Her areas of primary focus are Professional Licensing Defense specifically involving healthcare professionals. Nancy’s practice also focuses on Juvenile and Family Law, DUI/ Criminal defense and general litigation.
Ms. Wynner has argued a variety of cases before the Nebraska Court of Appeals and the Nebraska Supreme Court.Nancy is the Past President of the Lincoln Bar Association and has served on various committees of the Nebraska Bar Association. She is also a member of the Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys, Through the Eyes of the Child Initiative and the Nebraska Criminal Defense Attorney Association.
Nancy enjoys golf and serves as the Firm’s resident movie critic.
